SCAM COMPANY! If you have been defrauded by GrowAce.com AKA Niche Webstores, file a claim with your credit card company! They knowingly sent me a defective item and refused to do anything about it. The return address was cut off the shipping label so I could not return it!
I ordered two grow lights online. I received one of them, but the other one never arrived. I was told it was damaged in transit. After a month of trying to get a replacement or refund, I filed a chargeback on my credit card. This company has the worst customer service I've encountered in a ling time. I will never order anything from them ever again.
Ordered Garden stakes and i never got them. Spent weeks on the phone with these fools and just got run around. I wanted my item reshipped or my money back. Told me to wait for fedex claim..guess what no one ever called. Dont buy anything if it say niche webstores!! they are fake and phonies!! Still fighting my bank to help me with this...they suck to!!
Hey Jack Lin, Your Grow Ace store is a ripoff. Maybe don’t ship chemically toxic medical gloves and then refuse to refund for your obnoxious defective product. Do you you like lawsuits, cuz I want my money back. You can keep the toxic gloves. DO NOT dot business with anything Jack Lin owns or he will steal your money.
