Really enjoyed the session and found out that I like the motion and reps in Pilates way better than Yoga. The reformer machines were actually fun to work with and Jaclyn’s direction made this novice feel confident. More guys need to check this out; Pilates is a fun core workout and hits those muscles that weight machines don’t.

Niche Pilates is an oasis in all ways! I completed my reformer instructor training with Jaclyn (the owner) and it was the most informative, thorough, professional, amazing experience. I have never felt more in tune with my body or overall healthier in my life than I have since incorporating Niche Pilates into my routine. Niche takes ‘mind body wellness’ to heart! I love taking private pilates classes with Jaclyn! She is so attentive, knows exactly what my body needs, and the reformer machines are fantastic. I look forward to trying some of the group classes now that the Irvington Studio is open. LOVE it.
