Beautiful fixture (Balon Ombra Pendant). Sales support worked hard to ship the correct cord set when the wrong one was shipped with the original purchase.
At the risk of sounding like a satellite showroom for Niche, we love Niche so much that we have many of their lights spread over four areas in our house. Obviously, the designs are terrific and come in a kaleidoscope of colour options. But, I would encourage a visit to their facility and witness for yourself the care and craftsmanship they put into everything. Having been to several of their annual sales, it's been a real joy to meet the faces connected with the emails and calls...everyone is wonderfully warm and helpful.
We love our Niche pendants. They are beautiful. Niche's commitment to customer service was extraordinary.
