Reached out regarding a product issue from an order. They initially responded and offered a solution. However, they failed to follow through and simply stopped responding. I like to support small businesses, but I also place an importance on customer service and professionalism. As such, I won’t be purchasing from Niche Beauty again.

Found this store by searching online for some products that are not as widely available. They have a great selection so I also discovered some new products. Love that I was able to get free shipping. Their staff had to communicate with me a couple times about my order - they were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My order came pacakged very nicely. The whole experience gives off the impression that they put thoughtfulness into everything they do. Thanks :)
