Had a job done in my house and they ran out of film (1 window not finalized). They told me that due the pandemic and supply issues this was going to take a while. Well I have waited more than a year (install on August 2020) and still haven't received a response. I paid them fully. I have called multiple times to try schedule or get an update, and they tell me "hey I am currently doing a job and will call you in 1 hour".
