Frist let me say I have used this company before and was completely satified with everything about this company. However not the 2nd time around, Mark missed the 1st appointment to even come out to survey and give a quote. We had to call him to let him know and he finally came out but that was a month ago and still he have not gotten back to us with the quote. I have to assume that he has way more business than he can handle and just doesn't want nor need ours.
