Very disappointed! Your front desk help was as rude as i have ever seen in the medical business! Got there early to fill out paperwork. Could not hear the lady behind the counter very well due to the fact that she wouldnt open the glass. Was asked if i had a mask. I said no ma’am and ask if it was required. She rolled her eyes and stormed off! There was a lady sitting in the waiting area with her mask below her face as she was coughing and hacking WITHOUT covering her face what so ever! RecommendedKimberly Smith is wonderful. The only problem I have is I can never get anyone to answer the phone.
If you can switch to have Kim Smith as your doctor DO IT! Her and the staff are great.
Great caring staff and providers. Kim listened carefully to my concerns and symptoms and took a great amount of time with me.
