The guy that cleaned my rugs was super nice, however I was surprised when he showed up with a cleaner you can just rent at the grocery store. It cost me $150.00 to clean my apartment bedroom and living room and only took the guy 20 mins 😒. After he left I felt the rug and it was dry. I was told by my apartment manager that my carpets needed to be "professionally " cleaned as I was moving out, I had no issue with that, but to pay that much money and have the carpet look no different was quite disappointing.
