Nicely's Towing ROCKS!! These guys saved my butt from being completely stranded in South Point OH Walmart parking lot, after I hit a pothole so large it blew the tire bead and punctured the sidewall. They came on time and a special shout out to Mark the tow truck driver who handled my vehicle with noticeable years of experience. He helped me get the vehicle to Walmart in Huntington WV just in time to get the tire replaced and back on the road! Great work guys, you are truly life-savers. rude and extremely unprofessional! I also had a marshall parking pass that i payed almost 200 dollars for! i forgot to pay 1 day in a lot that’s marshall’s and they did not care but the 5000 dollars i pay to go to there. like that isn’t enough? the 2 dollars i forgot to pay to park for 1 hour got me towed. they charged $125?? Freeloading joke of a company. They tow people off an app they don’t even know how to work. They say “$125” and then offer “$100” to be nice. Owners need a new career or a lifestyle change if they can’t work the app right and charge people accordingly.
