We’ve had lots of great experiences here. They got me in to check my car out same day when a light came on the dash that I thought meant faulty breaks. It turned out to be something else, but the fact that they checked it out immediately and had me out in time to pick my son up from school meant a lot. We’ve gotten inspections, new brakes and rotors there as well. Not sure what exactly changed, but the quality and speed of their work has gone worse. I had to go back twice now to fix the similar problems (1st flat tire, 2nd time tire rotation, now wheel bearings), come on stuff like that you could have seen the 1st time and fixed it. And when it comes to speed if they say it will take a few hours. It will be more like an overnight thing. And on a side note, they customer service at the front desk needs some work. I went in to Nicely’s for a state inspection and was sold some exhaust work with the pressure of a failed inspection. They charged $200 to (poorly) weld pipes that were already clamped shut and didn’t replace a single inch of rusty exhaust. They also left the clamps on the exhaust loose to slide around rather than removing them, so I had to climb back under the car to take them off myself. $100 per hour for labor is standard but the quality of work is borderline disrespectful.
