AWFUL. We used this company to install a furnace 3 years ago. They wee so nice and the service excellent. Now that we need repairs, they won't return our calls. Really?? Both my husband and I have called probably 10 times, thinking something must be wrong with their answering machine? Um? I don't think so. Do NOT use this company!!! You will regret it.
