What sets them apart is their genuine kindness and care — they treated our home with respect and made sure every detail was perfect. While we were satisfied with the final outcome of the work done by Nicely Done Kitchens, we were disappointed with the process. The design phase of the project went smoothly and we appreciated the designer's expertise and guidance. In selecting to work with Nicely Done Kitchens' in house contractor, we were under the impression that the designer would serve as a project manager. Our impression was false. Last year, we embarked on a large scale addition/renovation to our home with Nicely Done Kitchens. We couldn't be happier with the process and overall result, thanks to our NDK designer Dona Thewes and contractor Jose Guerva. They knocked it out of the park! Dona took the time to really understand our tastes and desires to create a timeless and functional design in our new kitchen, butler's pantry, and mother-in-law suite.
