Update as of June 2025: I have reached out to schedule an appointment in the same manner as I am always instructed to, by contacting the business number via text message. I did so and I received the SMS notification that the message had been "Read" yet no one responded. I gave grace because it was a Friday morning and I figured by EOD or Monday I would hear back from them. I heard nothing.
