Exceptional experience here compared to my prior dentist.
This place is wonderful. I have been a patient here for only 2 to 3 years but I have had nothing but excellent service. If you are looking for a new dental hygienist, I recommend Jen. She is personable, professional, and does a fantastic job!
There was a billing mistake to the insurance on their part, and instead of working with us and seeing there was a mistake they decided to not accept their mistake and over bill us. And when they finally got caught they still did not want to accept blame or any responsibility. Still vilifying my mother who caught this mistake. My mother then decided she personally wanted to leave the group because this was coming from a pattern of front office mistakes and nastiness. Would give more stars if I could! Great service, cozy office and location, and most importantly made my surgery successful! Dr. Nowak was very helpful during my consultation, advising what needed to be done. Left the RC appointment a few hours ago and my mouth feels fine! Could tell the patient manner and attention to detail was there. Definitely recommended.
