Do not use this deceptive vendor Ema Fernandez Novolo. She sells Mexican products and is passing them off to be Vertilux American products. She is unethical and has very poor customer service. Buyer beware, she doesn’t even provide you with a product warranty at time of delivery. I have been requesting a warranty from Vertilux for months. Terrible motors in her products. I highly do not recommend ever using this company that goes by Nice shades.
