1/5 stars. Completely unacceptable service. I set up a rental for my recovery, but the machine never came. No one called, no one showed up, and I was left without crucial therapy during my critical healing window. Unreliable, unprofessional, and a massive risk to patient care. Avoid this company at all costs.
Definitely recommend this post surgery. Virtually eliminates all pain. Eliminates the need to take pain pills. Eliminates the need to constantly resupply ice. Highly recommend.
Fantastic ice recovery system with compression. Easy to use , convenient and effective. No messing around with ice and water etc. Simple. Helped in my recovery immensely
The NICE1 cold + compression machine in my opinion is a superior product. I believe my healing and recovery time has been reduced using this machine. I used the NICE1 for my Knee arthroscopy, (bilateral meniscus tear, ACL tear debridement). After the procedure I used the NICE1 starting the next day. I set the machine to 20/40, cold setting to 4/5 with medium compression intermittent. I used crutches for two days then was able to walk without them. The nice machine is one of the best things I did for my recovery. It’s so easy to use you put water in one time no worrying about frozen water bottles trying to change them, etc. etc. put the water in turn on the machine put on the settings you want.. I did 20 minutes on 40 minutes off. I did that all through the night. I have very little swelling and bruising.
