I’ve had 3 knee surgeries and the Nice machine has been a lifesaver every time! It’s the easiest to set up, no drips or ice to deal with and is just so effective. The preset timer options are set up for regular ice on/off periods to stay on a consistent icing schedule. I parked myself here for my recovery.
I used the NICE1 cooling system for two weeks immediately following rotator cuff shoulder surgery. It made it so easy to stick to the frequent icing schedule. I live alone, so the other popular cooling system, which needs to be constantly fed with bags of ice, was not an option for me. Totally worth the investment.
Cold/ compression good. Variable controls are great! Wrap is so "stiff" some areas around the knee have no contact.
The NICE1 device has been a tremendous asset during my recovery from knee replacement surgery. The device is easy to use and provides excellent relief and comfort. Delivery was fast and customer service was easy to deal with when I called to extend my subscription. Highly recommend this device.
