I was told by friends to use a Nice cold and compression therapy machine after my knee replacement. The distributors who returned my call to give me info and set up a delivery was so helpful. I feel confident using this will be a good support tool in my recovery.

11/24/2025 Update: The owners response to my review is that it’s whatever Bad Company leased the machine to me not them. It is you, you are them. I got this DIRECTLY from your rep in Boulder not an “outside” source.He came to my house. Don’t try to gaslight me. The machine itself was very good. How you can build the best cold therapy unit itself but such uncomfortable unergonomic wraps is puzzling. Currently renting from Medcom for a total knee replacement and cannot even sleep in it. When I need it most. What a waste of money! Game Ready needs to copy their unit then they'll be hard to beat. Disappointed I'm in so much pain and lighter in the wallet.
I recently had knee replacement surgery. I looked online for a place to rent an icing machine that did not use ice. I had used one for a previous knee replacement. I came across an ad for NICE. I filled the online request form. I received a reply the next day with information. I spoke to Kathryn who was most pleasant and helpful.
