The nice product provided great comfort while I was recovering from hip surgery. The combined cooling and compression felt awesome. The noise level of the device is a bit excessive, but nothing a pair of ear plugs didn't resolve.
I got out to California to care for my aunt after knee surgery and found she had no ice machine for her! I use NICE in my practice as a post op nurse for ortho and I knew she would need a good ice machine. John got a machine out to me quickly and she was getting her cold therapy her first night home. I think cold therapy is crucial for recovery. It made pain management so much easier. Thank you SO much for the excellent customer service. One week out and her recovery has gone very well.
The customer service is fantastic....and they really did work with me to try and get the wrap to fit....but I am just too small for the small wrap to fit. I would like this product if it fit. I weigh 117 pounds and I am 4f eet 11 inches and the S/M is no where near fitting me.....It fit my daughter 155 pounds and 5 feet 7 inches pretty well.
Excellent customer service and product. Reps are knowledgeable, down to earth, and understanding. 5 stars!!!
I’ve reached out to this company multiple times over the past few months, but unfortunately, I’ve received no response. I’ve emailed and called several times, specifically trying to contact a staff member named Ashley Way, but she has not returned any of my messages or phone calls.
