Customer service is horrible. You can't get anyone on the phone, the line stay busy. Horrible Horrible Horrible
Extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received from the company. I placed an order for a client that was never received. The first issue is that there is no customer service representatives that you can speak to via phone, only by email. There was no sympathy or offer to replace the items. I was told to pay more money to replace the items. As a service based business owner, I would try to do what I could to insure my customer receives what they have paid for.
