What bit of this experience was positive? Moved new tenants in without checking the keys worked! 4 wet,distraught tenants locked outside their new home on a TERRIBLE Wellington windy,,rainy day. Property Manager switched her phone off for the weekend, despite the new guys moving in on a Saturday. The property manager failed to get two of the tenants to sign the paper work ( TOO BUSY) so they put their stuff back in the van and left. Do not recommend at all (would be 0 if I could). Issues get left unresolved and property managers just don’t respond. Good luck getting them to complete bond forms.
Really bad customer service - poor management, very unprofessional. Tried to raise my rent for $20 multiple times, without checking my contract at all. Made me leave my apartment. Was late 4 weeks to lodge my bond details to tenancy service. Absolutely appalling service. Would not sugest to deal with this company.
Appalling customer service in the end. Among other issues, things were stolen from the property I left in their care and when I tried to discuss it with them they didn't even bother replying.
