Very disappointed with my shellac mani and pedi service last week. The tech was nice but based on her skills, I’d say she’s either very inexperienced or was determined on damaging my nail bed with the super coarse nail files and drill bits. I was shocked and had to tell her to stop when she was filing my nails (hands and feet) bc I could hear and feel the tools tearing up my nails. These ladies are always nice. They do a great job. I usually get legs waxed and a pedicure.

One star is to many stars to give them. My refill all chipped the next day while l'm on vacation and the girl sitting on table 6 who prepped my nails did a terrible job. It was uneven and bumpy and had groves. She clearly does not know how to do nails at all and just seemed to rush me through. This was my first time and last time there. Save your money and go somewhere else.
