This place sucks. My wife and daughter came home with the crappiest manicures I'd ever seen and they said the staff was rude and not friendly. "Nice Nails" is an oxymoron

My mother in law went in for facial wax and the lady who did it left her face burned. The employee was rude and overly focused on the conversation she was having with another employee. She then tried to blame my mother in law saying her skin was thin. My mother in law has had this waxing done at other places many times before and never had any issues. Terrible experience, I thought I'd try them for a second time after my first time didn't go great. I was getting SNS nails, I picked out a deep plum color , it came out flesh colored light pink! Not even remotely close to the color I picked. And then I was blamed because their powder doesn't always turn out to be the color that their sample says.... I will never try them again.

They need to shut this place down they have no customer service, they make up prices so you can pay more and there a scam there very disrespectful and rude. My sister was telling the lady how she wanted them she had got an attitude and cut her finger on purpose DONT GO THERE ITS TERRIBLE ‼️‼️
