Walked in for a pedicure service. The lady rushed through my service. I watched her skip many steps, quickly moving as if she had somewhere else to be. My appointment was interrupted by some angry woman that had her design nail on the wrong nail so my tech was more focused on her and her conversation with the other lady while they fixed it. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after today I feel compelled to share my experience. I’ve been coming here for about a year, and while I’ve had issues like inconsistent pricing, rude staff, and questionable cleanliness practices (such as not using fresh, sterile tools) I kept returning because they usually did a decent job. Today, however, was the last straw. I went in for a fill and one nail repair, asking for a deeper French tip. I have not had my nails done in years, my mom treated me and my daughter. The technicians were amazing, sweet, and knowledgeable. Honestly, nothing bad to say, I was hesitant at first because all of the other reviews, but I’m so glad I did not let the other reviews deter me because I found a place that I will be back. Thank you all for being professional and caring. 🩷
