Always a 3 to 4 hour wait need more help
I went in 4/20/26. The people skills are the only reason they don’t get 5stars. The pedicure I received was a fabulous job. I got a deluxe volcano style, so it was $55 which is okay for everything the lady did!! I tipped her as well! As a cosmetologist myself I’d say just needing to work on their people approach and communication. I assume they have now learned “people style” so if you look like you’re going to tip that’s good you’ll receive a great service. So, l went to get my nails done, no greetings from anyone. Me and 3 other black people was there, all got pedicures and manicures, each white person there was met with greetings and they also gave them Christmas gifts. That place is racist as all get out, they will never get my business.
