Go across the street...Worse service ever. They make the mistake , rush completely and gaslight you into believing you are the issue. Ive been going to Lily for over a year but the lack of attention to detail and respect is ridiculous.....I am paying for a service plus tipping and they cant do a proper full job.
Your experience at this nail salon is dependent on who your nail tech is. Obviously, some are more meticulous and more pleasant than others. For example, two nail techs doing the same service can result in a different result or timing. I can speak for the one I use, Van. She is one of the most pure hearts I have ever met: always pleasant, kind, attention to detail and takes pride in her work! It may take a bit longer but if you want a relaxing, thorough job with massages, cream and no short cuts, she’s your lady.

If their work is not enough of a reason to come here than their warmth is! Always calling customers by name and remembering the ages of your kids and the trip you planned on going on last year - the staff here makes it clear that they love their work and enjoy getting to know clients. They always have a smile on their face which helps brighten anyone's day and super accommodating! We just got this pedicure with regular nail polish and we arrived home and it already came off as you can see its peeling off and it was $35. They didn't dry it with heat as well its still wet! Really rigged and scam. IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would!!!
