Very bad experience. I left a voicemail. I emailed their customer service line and have not heard from them at all. I got swindled out of 15.00 dollars. I am writing a letter to the BBB to lodge my complaint. 15 dollars may be pocket change and that might be true. But in my mind it is the principle. A piece of advice...do not go to this shifty car wash, if you value your hard earned money. I ultimately gave my money to an BP car wash and was very satisfied.
