Forget renting your own equipment- call Charles immediately! I didn't know my area rug was as dirty as it was til Charles brought it back bright and new. Excellent service, professional and personable. You can't do better in any way for cleaning service. Thanks Charles.
This review is written by Jim's wife, Maggie. I feel like I was treated at a disadvantage. Charles and I spoke on the phone agreed on a time I would be home for him to come over and give me an estimate. Instead Charles came early when I could NOT be there (nor could I speak to him on the phone,) and instead he discussed the rates with my husband. My husband, not being aware of what I was expecting to pay, agreed to allow him to clean our carpets. If I had arrived at the time I said I would be there, I would have NEVER agreed... read more
