I'm an employee at a company that supposedly "upgraded" to this system. If you're considering it, DON'T. There's been a ton of problems since the rollout 3 years ago (they're working on terminating contract but it's been rough). Your IT Dept will be at the mercy of this company because they refuse any access, but aren't timely in responding even during critical situations.
