Just moved to the area so I called this place to ask if they sold ice. A woman answered the phone and said “no I sell bags of ice” which I replied “oh awesome how much for a bag?” She replies “1,000lb minimum” in which I said “oh so you only sell to like companies?” And she just hung up on me without answering my question. Do not do business with this place, take your money elsewhere.
My experience with nice ice company in Englewood Florida......... The gentleman who answered the phone, was not a gentleman! He was rude as rude could be! He treated me as if I were scum! And I would never use one of their machines again if it was for my life. If somebody had a gun to my head, I would not use their machines.
I work with Uncle Franks Hot Dogs food truck and we are hosting a fundraiser rally for the Mendoza family, Nice Ice donated 200 pounds of ice to us for the fundraiser. Thank you guys so much!!
