Excellent hair stylist! When I was living in Washington, I would go to his salon in Richmond whenever I could. I am his loyal customer since 1988.
My hair was cut just like the reference image I provided! Mr. Ma did a great job, taking good attention to detail.

Nostalgic, every time I step into this salon for a haiecut I feel like I time travel back to late 90's when Parker is da spot of Richmond. Lots of experts in hair cutting and they don't the simple classic way. No fancy service and up front with what they can do or not.
