We had a heat pump we did not purchase from a local company. Two supposed repair people either wouldn't talk to us or showed up, billed a lot for doing nothing and then wouldn't return our calls. Johnathan contacted us right away, came to evaluate our problems, submitted an estimate and was here within the week to do the work. He spent two and a partial days making sure all was working as expected. He is professional and makes sure his customers are treated right. Highly recommended.
Nice Guy Heating and Air provides outstanding service- I called to get a quote for a heat pump replacement after being told by another service our old heat pump was failing and unable to be repaired for several reasons.
