As a former resident from last year I can honestly tell you do not rent from them. Our home was built in 1903 which makes it over 100 years old. As such the condition of the residence was extremely poor upon move in. There were holes in the floors, weeds growing in from the outside through the walls, and with a home that the only updates made to it were only made when they had no other choice. They did a great job of maintaining the property me and 3 others lived in for over 2 years, would recommend their properties to anyone else who is trying to live closer to the city.
I didn't live at this 16th Avenue location, but I did live at a Nicastro property elsewhere in the Ohio State campus area. I would not recommend anyone to rent with Nick. First, he does everything by email, there is no one to call, which is extremely unprofessional. Second, there is zero chance you get any security deposit back that you deserve.
