It is terrifying to start the process of buying your first home. Nic made it easy and seamless. He talked me through every step starting with getting pre-approved. He was onsite at inspections and walk-throughs, available for questions and extremely patient as we talked through various decisions that had to be made. Run the other way. There are so many issues with my home that were undisclosed. I have had multiple repairmen and contractors come out to tell me that this home should not have been sold to us with everything that is wrong. These things were made out to seem like not too big of a deal. When we first moved in there didn’t seem to be anything wrong, but things slowly started to come to light. There were so many things that were UNDISCLOSED. Save yourself the pain and stress. They only care about their profit. Not you.

Never buy a home from this company , I was taken advantage of as a first time home buyer and the issues that were apart of the house I purchased that were made to seem like not a big deal turned out to be a big deal. Water softener ,boiler and septic all not working properly 8 months into owning the home and quite a few problems that were not disclosed and no running hot water.
