Nic helped us successfully relocate from Tampa to Naples. In one weekend, he showed us 15+ houses in North Naples. He was transparent and candid with us about the houses, price point value, etc. While we didn’t pick a house that weekend, he was quick to send us new listings hitting the market and showed us a new house that hit the market (the same day) in Saturnia Lakes via FaceTime and was able to lock in our offer quickly.
