Awesome doctor! She sits patiently as I rattle off all my various issues (As I get older they keep adding up) She’s always been there to help me. The only issue I ever had is the nurses here sometimes get in the way of me talking to my doctor. For example three years ago I had a nurse tell me what I can’t say to my doctor as the nurse saw me before I saw the doctor and I ignored the dude and told my doctor my issues. I’m very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this office. I sent over records over a month ago and then had a doctors appointment. Dr. Matthew told me it would be easy to get my next refill just by calling or messaging and letting her know that it was working and to refill it. That was not the case- instead they are claiming to have lost the records I sent over and need me to re order them or request it themselves. She has been my doctor the last 7 years and she is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens, is patient, is friendly and generally cares. I had referred so many people to Dr. Mathew because she is the best of the best!
I went today and it was a very good doctors appointment and if I knew it was this close I would have done it years ago.
