I have been a customer of Nibroc for almost a decade. If you want to understand this company, look at the about page. It’s humble but the truth. Russ runs what we need these days. Honest company with solid people. He stands by his work. He had to do my furnace and my central air split back in 2017. His crew did an awesome job and we have kept our oil with him since. From the beginning to the end of purchasing and I stalling new mini splits in our home, Nicbroc Oil, Heating and Cooling was AWESOME! From calling the office to arrange an estimate, to the very through walk through with the owner ( who answered many questions over several days), to the super efficient, respectful, and professional crew who did the installation...it was a job handled with superior quality!
