Don’t waste your time, energy, or money dealing with this firm. Communication is lacking, action is nonexistent!
I am in chapter 13 been trying to contact someone for over a month, they take name and number say they will get back to you never happens. I guess they get there money and are done with you, even if your case is still active. This is very unprofessional, would not recommend there services to no one!!!
Have used Niblock and assoc. 2 times with perfect satisfaction.
Have been trying to reach someone in an office for weeks. No return calls or emails. May need to get a new Lawyer.
You can never get them on the phone. I have to email and call multiple times before they actually do what I need. If you do not constantly check in on what you need, they will ignore it. I have went over a week without a reply to an email, and I ended up having to drive to the office to get the attorney to respond. I am having to wait at least a week for time sensitive documents and emails. Every time you call, you get sent to voicemail.
