The housecleaning overall was good, but I paid for 3 cleaners to come to my house for 2 hours and the owner only sent 2 cleaners for 2 hours. The owner refused to reimburse me or even attempt to make it right. If she had made it right it would have been a much better experience.
Bought Groupon for cleaning services. Voucher redemption said to call them. Every call went to voicemail. The voicemail prompt simply said leave a message, nothing about a business name or title, so very unprofessional there. I left FOUR VOICEMAILS over the course of 2 weeks. Not one call back. I got refunded by Groupon. I wanted to use the voucher to see if long-term I hire their services since we're looking or steady housecleaning. They just got done cleaning not too long and I’m at a loss for words...wonderful job! My house hasn’t looked this clean since we moved back in from a house fire. This was my first time using a cleaning service and they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using their services again. They did an awesome job.
