Excellent deep pressure massage focusing on pressure points. Nia works so hard and is extremely kind and a good communicator. Nia worked on muscle groups and then mobility, stretching the whole body. I walked out feeling lighter and refreshed. Thank you Nia, I will be back! :)

This place was recommended by a friend and I gave it a try after I had some lower back pain. Nia was busy at the time that I wanted to attend but texted me later on when she was free for me to attend. This is a strong massage, but highly recommended. She got all the points that hurt and fixed my lower back issues and tight shoulders. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for healing more than just an hour of relaxation. My body felt so much lighter when I left. I’ll definitely be revisiting, Thank you Nia.
