They will 100% run over line with your boat not caring if there’s a weight on it to damage your equipment. I’d be careful before letting them drive my expensive boat! Will probably need a motor after.
Beware!!! The dock guys that work there are the worst they have no respect for anyone around them. They just love to swear and use absolute foul language. If you’re fishing the in front of fat tuna expect your fishing line to get taken by them. After they do it the first time they purposely run over them again when you try to say something. If you stock your boat here just know they will have line in your prop on your boat due to lake of caring.
I have had my Boat here for a simple carb clean and throttle cable replacement since late May. I have called 2x and every time I go to check on progress , it haven been touched since I dropped it off. This has cost me 1/3 of the summer - with no communications current nor end in sight.
These folks are top notch. Melissa at the front desk is one of the nicest and uplifting people I've spoken too. She answers all my questions and works with me to help with all the scheduling and logistics that comes with boat storage with such a charming demeanor. Mike in the service department is super knowledgeable and tells it like it is. He has fixed a couple issues perfectly and is probably the most responsive boat man I've had. Give NBB a try.....great service and even better people.
