Can’t say enough about the service from this shop. I had a bike built there last year and the completed product was top notch! Anytime you walk in there you’re treated like you’ve been a customer for 20 years. Even when they’re slammed they always seem to get your bike on a stand and send you off happy. Highly recommended!
Niantic Bay is a bike shop I highly recommend. When I was shopping for a new bike this spring, I visited 3 other shops after I visited Niantic Bay, just to do some comparing. I came back to Niantic Bay because from the first moment I walked in, I felt a great vibe. The staff of Kim, Shawn, and Andy were all very welcoming and patient to explain things and answer my questions.
