Until this year I highly recommended this group. However, after my last visit I was very dissatisfied. Usually their quotes were without any hidden fees. I have used this group for over thirty years and I was charged a new patient fee. Because we should not need them as often as your dentist, their are a lot of new patients. After over thirty years and it being annotated in my chart, it didn’t seem fair. I also feel I was charged more for anesthesia than the time used.
