Stay away! We brought our cat in and clearly requested a specific test recommended by a second-opinion veterinarian. Right at check-in, we explained exactly what we wanted. After keeping us for two hours, they told us they would not perform the requested test and instead pushed their own plan. Took our 2 year old Pomsky in while on vacation. They were treated promptly and with kindness.

Although the cost of care was beyond our budget, we fully understand the challenges and commitment required to operate a facility that offers life-saving services around the clock. It’s incredibly diffic... read more

On July 15, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Tesla, our 5-year-old Bernese/German Shepherd mix, after her cancer spread to her lungs and she could no longer breathe. It was the hardest thing my wife and I have ever had to do, but we are so grateful to the incredible team at Niagara Veterinary Emergency Clinic. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with compassion, patience, and empathy, carefully explaining each step and making sure we felt supported throughout. Bailey, Kelsey, Larissa, and Lauren were exceptional.... read more
