I would like to thank everyone at the clinic for being so wonderful. I never lost a pet before and now I understand how hard it really is. Thank you for being so kind.
They are pleasant and caring staff, but they are an urgent care facility. As such, their cost seems pricey and the wait excessive. If you are unable to see your regular vet, they are a reasonable alternative. Just expect to lose the day.
I want to express my most profound and sincere disappointment to everyone reading this statement. Today has been one of the most distressing experiences of my life as a pet owner. This afternoon, I rushed my 4-month-old Dachshund puppy to the Niagara Veterinary Emergency Clinic (NVEC) because he was suddenly showing terrifying symptoms of a severe allergic reaction, triggered directly by his very first round of vaccinations.
