We took our cat in for a respiratory issue. Dr Toth and her team were compassionate and caring. Our cat got assessed right away, and then they took more detailed history after the medical team made sure our cat wasn’t in danger. We got the appropriate imaging and blood test, and a comprehensive discharge plan. We are sooooo grateful that this clinic exists when our cat needed it the most. Sara is absolutely terrible. When I was finally given permission to speak about what happened to the remains of a dog (that I paid for) who was in foster care, she still disconnected the call because she didn’t like the conversation. Well hun, neither did I knowing the dog I paid for to have the exam which you had no problem taking. I asked to speak to someone else and yet again disconnected because she is a complete immature person. We attended this clinic on two different occassions, one for our dog and one for our cat. Both were at the end of their lives and our hearts were broken. On both occassions, the staff were so understanding. They were very empathic to what we were going through. They were kind, gentle and loving with our pets. This clinic made a terrible and heartbreaking experience so much more bearable. Thank you to everyone we dealt with.

I'm a little surprised about the lower rating here, maybe people bring their already doomed animals in expecting miracles? I've dealt with them on two occasions for my dog in urgent situations and they've been nothing but helpful and pleasant, actually more so than my regular vet. Thanks for the help team!
