On July 15, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Tesla, our 5-year-old Bernese/German Shepherd mix, after her cancer spread to her lungs and she could no longer breathe. Was super impressed with the service of the staff. Our cavapoo was bit at a dog park and when everyone else was closed on the holiday we were able to get seen at the clinic within a couple hours. While waiting they examined our pup immediately and checked up on us multiple times. They were extremely friendly and made an incredibly stressful and scary situation comfortable. We had to bring our dog in to be euthanized today and the staff could not have been more patient or kind. They were so sweet and gentle with our elderly dog. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Your compassion was so deeply appreciated.
Let me just tell you what a disgrace this place is for having the name Veterinary Emergency Hospital. Last Sat my puppy was attacked and was bleeding so bad we rushed to this hospital! On the way we were calling the number non stop no one picked up . So we got there first the door is locked and the receptionist can see my friend covered in blood holding the puppy yet she is not opening we r buzzing. I would give zero stars if I could. My dog ate something she shouldn’t have and we called to ask about induced vomiting. Because we were a half hour from closing we were told to go somewhere else. The closest emergency vet was 40 minutes away! This is supposed to be a 24 hour clinic for the ENTIRE region, and animals with more serious injuries can’t survive for a 40 minute trip.
