I came to pick up my Charlie's paw print this morning. It's lovely....I'm so glad it was suggested to me by the young man at the reception. I came to you on Sunday, July 5th, to say goodbye to my very best friend Charlie. We had an appointment at my vet's for the next day but Charlie was far too unwell. 100 percent want to thank the staff and Dr Strickland today for helping us send our old man across the rainbow Bridge. They are extremely honest, compassionate and up front in their diagnosis, cost and options. Unfortunately they option to treat wasn't available, but they did a great job helping us through this tough situation.
Dr Singh and the whole team were so compassionate & professional in handling my Bossie's final hour. I am so grateful for these guys. I can't begin to thank you all enough.
Waited 6 hrs and no updates regarding time. Horrible staff, I get you are busy but having an ounce of communication would be, not even nice, but common sense.
