We called in the middle of the night to have our ferret put down the staff told us to come in right away. The staff were immediately friendly, helpful and compassionate. The atmosphere of the grieving room was very calming, peaceful and quiet. Dr Scarfon, I beleive her name was, was very compassionate and made the whole experience a little easier. We needed your clinic for our pet on Oct 24 and when we called at 3:30 pm you told us the vet was going into surgery and that we would not be seen at all the rest of the day...so much for 24 hour service...my wife had to drive to Burlington to get a vet while she had to wait for that many hours longer to recieve medical attention to her bite wound and subsequent shots for tetanus and rabies which if not treated promptly is 100%FATAL....fix your website accordingly or back up your 24 hour claim....word of mouth travels fast i... read more

The staff were great and they treated my cat with care. Very compassionate and easy to talk to. There was no wait time and my cat was able to be looked at the moment I walked in the door. They took her back, found the issue, explained it to me throughly, and were able to rectify the situation with very little stress on my cat. The price of everything was explained with no hidden costs. It costed as must as I expected from an Emergency Vet. TWO YEARS LATER - AND I STILL REMEMBER HIS CRIES. Before you enter the clinic you see a sign "this building is filled with compassionate, hard working and intelligent people". I'm not disputing that they work hard or that the vets have intelligence. My problem is with the way the whole entire clinic is run. At the front desk you have people that don't seem to care, or lack the knowledge, especially if you have an end of life emergency. Went there for a little cat emergency and they did a great job. Friendly and kind staff and have 24 hour service.
