My 97-year-old Granda, who is at the end of her life and in significant pain, relies entirely on her specialist chair for comfort and mobility. She spent a substantial amount of money on it, believing she was investing in quality and care. Instead, we've been left heartbroken and completely let down. I would give zero star if there was an option. Bought recliner chair for my disabled husband after being told by salesman the benefits the chair has for his health, it was supposed to be made to measure when no measurements taken, its now in my dining room as husband can't sit in it. Company will not do anything about so taking my complaint to financial ombudsman. AVOID
