Recently used Niagara Tents for our wedding in September 2025. Overall they were very helpful and had almost all of the rentals that we needed for our venue! Tables, Chairs, Napkins, Table Cloths, Tent and even lights! Their set up team is very efficient and even when there was a slight error in our order and we were missing some table cloths, the representative that I was in communication with drove to pick up the cloths we needed and was at our venue within an hour! Rented a stage for an outdoor concert. Great communication, and customer service. Smooth experience from booking to completion. Crew that set up and tore down were friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
Simon and team were amazing! Simon was responsive and organized throughout the entire process. They were a very friendly group of guys who worked so well together. His team showed up bright and early for set up and their tables, chairs and tent exceeded what I envision. We got so many compliments on the uniqueness of the vibe and set up and they were able to make my vision come to life. They were there first thing the next day for take down which was very much appreciated. I would recommend using them for your event!

Very happy with the service I received! Liz was super helpful with helping to make sure I was renting the right tables for my event and was very responsive to any questions that I had. And Dave in the warehouse went above and beyond, making sure that my rentals would arrive properly. Great experience all around from a wonderful team. Would 100% use again!
