Simon and his team are Great! If you have never planned a wedding/event before they are incredibly knowledgeable about what you will need/should need. They advised on tent size, table counts and dance floor size based on my expected guest count. And Liz made it very easy to add more items as we needed leading up to the big day. They know what they are doing! From our initial inquiry to follow up questions, booking, setup to takedown, Simon, Liz and their team were friendly, efficient and helpful. Their prices were great, and when I misread my contract and didn’t realize I hadn’t booked to have lights, they went above and beyond to make it happen for us at the last minute. Top notch service!
Recently used Niagara Tents for our wedding in September 2025. Overall they were very helpful and had almost all of the rentals that we needed for our venue! Tables, Chairs, Napkins, Table Cloths, Tent and even lights! Their set up team is very efficient and even when there was a slight error in our order and we were missing some table cloths, the representative that I was in communication with drove to pick up the cloths we needed and was at our venue within an hour! Rented a stage for an outdoor concert. Great communication, and customer service. Smooth experience from booking to completion. Crew that set up and tore down were friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
