Please read this review before signing any lease. This review is on behalf of a couple of my friends who lived/ still live there. First of all, the pictures are a combination of two different buildings which are the highlights of each. Second, the prices are at least $750 to $800 (so far, they may be subjected to increase later) per room (to my knowledge) not 550 as in some reviews anymore. This place is a great place to live , quiet, safe and clean, and it's location is not far from multiple fast foods like Mcdonalds, Subway and Timmies, and is also near the Bus Terminal for Transportation needs. I would recommend it for anyone, especially students.
I had a great experience living at Niagara Student Living. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting to campus and exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it to other students.
Moving into this building was the best decision for myself being a student and working a full time job at the same time. Not having to worry about cleaning the kitchen or taking garbage out helped with taking a load off my responsibilities! There’s a cleaner that comes in once a week and does a deep clean of the shared kitchen space and does a fantastic job! The building itself is kept very clean as well! I spent 3 of my 4 years at Brock living here, the landlords are very responsive and any issues I had were taken care of quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The rent only went up $50 in the three years I stayed here and with the way rent prices have risen there isn't a better deal around.
