I have been trying to get ahold of them for a week. Calling and leaving a few messages with no one ever getting back to me. I am so sad my obgyn switched to this office. I saw her for years at her other location and loved her, but this office is horrible. I want to set up an appointment and get the phone number for billing, and I can't do either if they never answer the phone.
Honestly this place has the most laziest employees I have been calling since 11:30 because my wife started spotting blood been put on hold, had my call randomly drop 4 times. These have to be the most laziest place I there just not answering bc it’s almost lunch time
THANK YOU DR.SARAH B & RN TAMMY RN KATHLEEN ! That’s the only good thing about this office . For starters Reception needs a good class on customer service skills . They rise my blood pressure as soon as I walk in ! For you all to be the first point of contact for an expecting mother YOUR TERRIBLE ! & very much untrustworthy! The front desk and nursing staff are consistently unprofessional and lack basic compassion. The radiologist was shockingly careless — she told me I was pregnant with twins after barely scanning me for two minutes.(I was NOT pregnant with twins. It was one baby) This is such a sensitive and emotional time for any woman, and to be rushed and treated like an inconvenience is completely unacceptable.
