The front desk and nursing staff are consistently unprofessional and lack basic compassion. The radiologist was shockingly careless — she told me I was pregnant with twins after barely scanning me for two minutes.(I was NOT pregnant with twins. It was one baby) This is such a sensitive and emotional time for any woman, and to be rushed and treated like an inconvenience is completely unacceptable. Do not waste your time calling this place—it's pointless! They never answer the phone, and it's beyond frustrating. The front desk staff consistently displays rudeness and disrespect for no reason at all. While I have a high regard for most of the providers, particularly Dr. Cheryl Gonda—who truly deserves recognition—the clinic needs to take immediate action. Absolutely horrible! They canceled my appointment more than once 30 minutes before my appointment because they only have one sonographer there. It’s really unprofessional and a sure way to make an expecting more more anxious.
