Extremely unprofessional, wait for over a month and a half for an appointment, at time of booking telling them you want the appointment in PORT Colborne, then “allegedly” they call the day before to tell you it’s in Ridgeway. Take time off work. Oh I can get you a new appointment at the end of July…

Dr Mancini is great as is her lovely nurse Heidi. I did have a problem with one receptionist a couple years back. I don't see her there anymore. I hope she was fired. I called 3 times in one day (over the course of the day). The third call she told me never to call back again. I did report her to my Dr.
