Used them for years to top off my pool. The girl that answered the phone said she'd call back to confirm the delivery and never did. Now she tells me they don't deliver to my town. I'm now two weeks behind schedule in getting a date locked in and I had to do the follow up. Extremely disappointed.

We just had our in ground pool filled, and WOW what can I say Niagara Pool Filling was Johnny on the Spot. I called last Friday about 5-10 minutes before they closed, and Eileen answered the phone as pleasant as pie. She took my order, and said she would try her best to get it my pool filled for me on Saturday. Low and behold, Saturday morning at 7:15 a.m. 2 huge Niagara Pool Filling trucks pulled up and filled my pool. When they were done, they came back with 2 more trucks to finish the job. Called this company and got my water the same day. Less expensive then the local competition, courteous, friendly and fast. Great place to do business.

Niagara Water Company is terrific. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they have provided. They've done excellent work for me at prices that I think are more than fair. Their staff, from office personnel to drivers have been helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and pleasant.

I would not recommend this service to anyone due to a lack of professionalism. In short, while setting up to fill up our pool, the pipe at the end of the hose slipped and caused a hole in our pool. Initially I was told that they would patch the pool for me, but I did not just buy a new pool with a patch! I did not think this was fair. I thought they should replace my damaged pool, but after speaking to the owner, we agreed that in addition to patching the pool he would refund me the cost of the water and guarantee the patch ... read more
