We had an absolutely excellent experience with Dr.Sidhu. She was very kind to our 8 year old daughter. And she took the time to go over everything we needed to know. Couldn't have asked for a better referral. Only complaint is the automated phone calls for appointments, they are awful.
We were lucky enough to have Dr.Sidhu (at the Niagara Falls location). I can’t recommend her enough. She is very empathetic, thorough, provides clear education and time to process & ask questions. She has a calming presence that is comforting when navigating paediatric medical concerns and was great with our child. Lastly, a bonus is she is consistently on time for your appointment - even though we expected a wait time in the office, we’ve never had to!
Take my advice and never go here. They told me they were going to re-fill my prescription for a week straight. Shortly after, still no re-fill. At this point I have no migraine medication left and I am moving away in less then a week. They told me they were trying to get in contact with doctor Katie Sue regarding my prescription and asked me to tell my pharmacist to "just re-fill it".
