Dr. Grasic is an amazing doctor. He listens to his patients and their health concerns, and follows through with the needed steps. Very polite and professional, doesn’t rush you out of the office. Also, it is very helpful and convenient that Dr. Grasic can sometimes make phone call appointments , this way people can still go to work and don’t need to take a whole day off for a doctor’s appointment. Staff was also always very nice and helpful to me.
Dr Durocher has been a godsend to my family. You could not ask for a more attentive physician. He takes the time to address you as a whole. as opposed to one ailment. I appreciate his attention to detail more than Anyone can imagine.
I have been Dr. Ricciardi's patient for several years and have had several major issues he has seen and treated me for. I want to highlight the great qualities this doctor has. He is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, attentive and listens to all the medical issues I bring forward, not just one, like most other doctors I hear about. Dr. Steve Durocher saw me during after hours treatment. He could have but specifically chose not to put me in a box. We both immediately got onto the same page with what was needed to address my sudden medical issues. His thoughtful caveats were unobtrusive and not judgemental. Dr. Durocher's calculated decisions afforded me tremendous help.
Receptionist was down right rude when I went in expressing I was dizzy. I was told by the nurse practitioner that I had called 2 hrs prior I needed to go in right away and so I cleared by night to go in and the receptionist wouldn’t let me stay or see a doctor. She told me she wanted to be home by 8pm so that I would make her late in getting home. There was just 5 people before me with still 2 hrs until closing 🤯🤷♀️
