They dont send a letter or calls for referrals. I am new to the province and have been waiting over a month for my sons dental surgery referral for a date. I finally called, took about 3 weeks of calling and voicemails for someone to call back The person I spoke too had no idea about my sons name, and then proceeds to tell me that they dont take the coverage we have. Careful how you ask questions. My first appointment I asked questions about the treatment and the doctor accused me of trying to save money instead of just answering my question and assuming that I'm not a dentist and I don't know these things. The next time I asked tons of questions and asked about the total cost and asked a million times because I had to save up the money and then two days before the surgery I get invoice $2,000 more than the original and they said I misunderstood the first time but clearly they didn't exp... read more
Good place but very pricy
Amazing place to bring kids and dentist goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend bringing your kids here !!
Dr. Erin and her staff are fantastic… they take the time to make all kiddos feel comfortable and make it a fun experience by having the PS4, toys and prizes at the end. Explaining every step before it happens to my 4 year old really helped him. The administration staff is also amazing, thank you Claudia!!
