Recently had a recirc pump fail on my Tub. Unfortunately the third since its purchase and this time it was out of warranty. Went into NHT and spoke to Kim, explained the situation and she gave me the bad news that it was no longer covered. Made arrangements to have it changed and Kim said she would reach out to the Manufacturer to see what they could do.. Admittedly, I blew it off and warmed my Visa card up to pay.
