Bought my Tub from Niagara 5 years ago and I'm very satisfied with the care and follow up. All staff are very helpful. Evelyn recently provided me advise/ assistance in navigating out of a potentially serious water balancing situation. She really knows her stuff! This business is not there to sell you chemicals- they are there to assist you in enjoying the product you bought. Cant say enough about the knowledge and professionalism.
