The overall experience at NHT has been great since we started looking for our hot tub, which we ended up buying at NHT over a year ago. Amazing service at Niagara Hot Tubs. I purchased my first Cal Spa through a private seller and then came to Niagara Hot Tubs to get a new filter. Mitch was so informative and helpful with the process of chemicals and let me know everything I needed to do!
